Results & Impact

The newly deployed gateway reduced average API latency by 72%, transitioning peak response times from 180ms down to 12ms. The multi-tenant database isolation model successfully eliminated data collision risks, while automated CI/CD pipelines enabled continuous daily deployments with zero maintenance windows or customer disruption.

Our Approach

Our infrastructure engineering team redesigned the entire networking topology using Terraform infrastructure-as-code. We deployed an event-driven microservices mesh with Redis cluster caching, automated failover replicas across multiple availability zones, and containerized deployment pods managed by Amazon ECS. Secure reverse proxies and Web Application Firewalls (WAF) inspect traffic in real time to prevent DDoS degradation.
